Fishing
Fish on Lac Brûlé or choose from one of our other exclusive and secluded lakes, or the Coulonge River that winds through 22 km of pristine territory. Cast your line for trophy Pike, Pickerel, Brook and Lake Trout.
Fishing limits: 6 walleyes (15 to 21 inches), 6 pikes (no size limit), 2 lake trout (18 inches or more), and 5 speckled trout per day (maximum of 10 in possession).
Children under 14 fish for free when accompanied by an adult.
Fishing permits and passes for Parc La Vérendrye are available for purchase at the main lodge.
Moose hunt
Our Outfitter offers 17 moose hunting territories, each covering an average of 10 to 12 square kilometers. The hunts are self-guided, with hunt camps situated directly within the designated territories. Groups are allowed one moose per three hunters. We have camps that can accommodate groups of 3 to 9 hunters, and in some cases, territories are combined to better accommodate larger groups.
The hunt lasts 6 days, with exclusive access to the territory (Arrive Friday, hunt from Saturday to Thursday).
Fully equipped cabins are provided. Each year, a draw is held among all hunters on the Friday before the season opens, offering the chance to win a cow tag. All other hunts are for bull moose only.
Bear Hunt
Experienced bear hunters love our prime location. Live the excitement of a fully guided 5-day, 6-night hunt. We offer personalized service across 40 baited stands, providing exclusive access to the bears’ natural habitat. Choose from box stands, tree stands, and ladder stands. At Lac Brûlé, we limit our hunts to just 8-10 hunters per week to ensure you receive the best possible service.
Our passionate guides will accompany you to your stand, equip you with a communication device, pick you up after the hunt, and handle everything from retrieving the bear to photoshoots and processing for travel, ensuring your trophy is just the way you want it. You can hunt with rifle, black powder, or bow.
